From Concept to Creation: Designing Xrosstalk

This post is about how i got into UI/UX Design and Web Development during Covid Lockdown. Check out my designs in Figma.

During Covid lockdown , i used to spend most of the time on online platforms like youtube, Udemy for learning new skills and techniques . One day i came across the software called Figma , and the tutorials to create websites and apps with cool colours and animations in youtube. This is how i got into Designing and development. Just using basic shapes , colors to create a good design is good to go!!

Xrosstalk is project done by me and my group members during our first semester at my college just to spend our boring time. Its a simple chatting app which has high privacy and networking for individuals.

xrosstalk user’s emotions while using this chat application, it will show how much he is happy or sad or neutral based. The main aim was to design the interface from scratch with clean look and feel, where user can easily interact with each other by sending messages or files and to make the user feel safe while using this platform, so I focused on designing it such that the users can easily navigate.
